Berlinbrands CC GmbH was founded in 2016 as a holding company to unite all of berlinbrands' expanding business areas under one roof. The company is based in Berlin.

Berlinbrands CC GmbH is a mandatory member of the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce and supports the following non-profit organisations as a voluntary member: Amigos ARCO Madrid, Berlinische Galerie State Museum of Modern Art, Photography and Architecture; Friends of the National Gallery e.V.; Haus am Waldsee e.V.; Bauhaus Archive Museum Berlin and Bauhaus Council Berlin e.V.
